Ms Kedibonye Proctor is a Quantity Surveyor by profession with over 15 years experience in both the Construction Industry and the Mining Sector. She has a wealth of experience in Project Management, Contract Administration and Construction Management. She has worked on mega projects overseeing procurement and contracts management. She brings in extensive experience to the QSRC Management; having worked as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor for major QS Consulting firms in Botswana; and heading the Contracts Section for one of the largest Mining houses in the world.

She holds a BSc (Hons) QS degree from the University of Central England, Birmingham, UK. She has previously served as Treasurer of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors. As the Founding Registrar, she is responsible for setting up the QSRC office and development of a Strategic Plan for the QSRC.
