Kaone Glenda Mongale is a highly accomplished professional with over 14 years of invaluable experience in the construction and mining industries. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Skol Consult (Botswana), where she provides expert guidance and strategic leadership in the field of quantity surveying. Her deep technical expertise and extensive background have established her as a prominent figure in the regional consultancy space.

She holds a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying from the Tshwane University of Technology and has built an impressive project portfolio that spans diverse sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, and mining developments. Notable projects she has significantly contributed to include the Letlhakane Mine DK1 Underground Mining Project, the Orapa Fines Residue Project, and the Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital. Her career is marked by a consistent track record of managing complex contracts and delivering high-value results across multifaceted environments.

In addition to her technical and business achievements, Kaone is a trailblazer in professional leadership. Having served as the first female President of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors, she remains a vital leader in the organization as the Immediate Past Chairperson, a role she will hold until 2027.
