Taboka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant. She  is a Fellow Member of; Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

She has over 20 years of progressive managerial and leadership experience, having worked for both private and public sector entities including, Deloitte Botswana, KPMG Botswana and Water Utilities Corporation. She previously held the positions of External Auditor, Customer Accounts Manager, Head of Internal Audit and Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Gulubane brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record not only on leadership but with a breadth of experience in roles across accounting, finance, auditing, customer services, trustee and board member.

Her dedication to excellence will be of value and instrumental to QSRC as we execute our strategic intent mandate.
