Practised as a Quantity Surveyor in Botswana since 2001 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. Mr. Monyamane has worked for various Quantity Surveying consultancy firms in Botswana.
Holds a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, obtained from the University of Central England (UCE) in Birmingham, United Kingdom. She has 20 years experience in the profession, seven of which she worked in the United Kingdom (UK). Before relocating to Botswana. She currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Quantity Surveyor’s Registration Council.
Holds a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and has over 23 years’ experience working in Botswana and UK as a quantity surveyor, project manager and mentor. He also holds numerous short courses in business development, construction contracts and management consultancy. He has been providing mentoring and technical due diligence to local banks and institutions in Botswana for the past 8 years. Tumi is also a trained mentor and offers mentoring to UNDP through the Supplier Development Program (SDP). He is a registered member of the Quantity Surveyor’s Registration Council (QSRC). He currently sits on the Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) Board and Quantity Surveyor’s Registration Council (QSRC) Board.
Kaone Glenda Mongale is a highly accomplished professional and currently works as the Contracts Management Administrator at Debswana Diamond Company. Additionally, she is a Director at K-E Consulting & Engineering, providing expert guidance in the field of quantity surveying. She holds a B.Tech QS Degree from Tshwane University of Technology and has over 13 years of invaluable experience in the construction and mining industry.
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Botswana obtained in 1995 and attained ACCA qualification in 1998. In 2010 she completed an MBA in Financial Services through the London School of Business and Finance. Mrs Pillar holds various professional memberships and is a Fellow Member of ACCA, Associate Member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and Alumni of UNISA. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in internal auditing, external auditing and financial accounting; having worked in audit for eight years and in financial accounting for 13 years. She was previously the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Mascom Wireless; and is currently the Chief Finance Officer at the University of Botswana. Ms Pillar has served in various boards and currently a board member for National Development Bank
A Quantity Surveyor by profession and has served on various facets of the Built Environment. Her experience in the Construction industry spans over fifteen years. She has during this time worn the hat of a Consultant Quantity Surveyor and Construction Project Manager. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to work with a myriad of project teams in delivering various commercial developments some of which are certified green buildings. The projects she has worked on include, hospitals, shopping centres, academic institutions, Office developments and banking halls. She holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Studies and a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Quantity Surveying both of which were attained from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She further attained a Master of Project Management from the University of Botswana and is currently reading towards a Doctorate in Business Leadership (Project Management of Sustainable Developments) with the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Mr Lapologang Onkabetse holds an MSc in Construction Law from University of Wolverhampton, UK and BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from University of Central England, UK, 1997). He also has a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management. He is a certified Project Management Practitioner, having successfully completed a PRINCE 2 program. He is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Construction practitioner who has served the construction industry in Botswana through the different roles he held for more than twenty-five years. He currently works as a Chief Project Coordinator at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works.
